There are many causes of weight retention and weight gain and blood sugar imbalances. We are taught so often about calories in and calories out, or about exercise, or food quality, and I certainly agree that it’s optimal to be active and eat good food in reasonable quantities.  However, most often there are underlying factors when weight or blood sugar levels are stubborn that are not addressed or widely discussed. And those underlying or subconscious factors can include poor digestion, toxicity, infection, inflammation, spinal misalignment, or emotional reasons including past traumas or beliefs about weight or image or health.

 

While your body is the only one that has your answers, I have listened and learned some of the most common reasons from your bodies and I’m ready to work with you in a group setting to see how helpful this can be for you.
